VRI Hungary moves to new Budapest office to support expansion

Back to the open positions
November 19, 2018 - Hamden, Connecticut

This week, VRI Hungary relocated to the penthouse of the Pávaház Office Building in Budapest, Hungary.

The move marks a transition into a considerably larger space, with Vanessa Research occupying the full eighth floor of the Pávaház Building for the purpose of supporting the Hungary division’s continued expansion. Bence Krümmer, Managing Director, commented that: “This is an exciting step forward for VRI – Budapest is quickly becoming a hub for start-ups like us, and it will greatly benefit the company to draw from the city’s highly-educated talent pool as we scale our operations.”

VRI’s European presence is critical as the company progresses towards Phase II clinical trials for Shylicine™, the first-ever drug developed for treatment of the rare microvillus inclusion disease.

In addition to Budapest, Vanessa Research operates from its offices in Hamden, Connecticut; Farmington, Connecticut; London, England; and Navarre, Spain.
