About SOLaware™ Technologies:

SOLaware™ Technologies – a division of Vanessa Research Inc. – is driven by its mission of “Raising awareness about sun exposure via digital technologies”. Our aim is to open the eyes about unprotected sun exposure in real-time, at the point of exposure; hence lower the risk of sunburns, early skin aging and skin cancer. About the position:

We are looking for a competitive Sales Representative to be part of a high-growth, highly innovative team.

The successful sales representative would discover potential customers, generate new leads, build a well-structured database of the clients, build partnerships and of course close the deals. First month the sales representative would start with an orientation and a short shadowing period to learn all the important details to close deals. After the ramp up period the sales representative will start focusing on the marketing of the product and generate a steady and sustainable pipeline of sales for the SOLaware™ Display units. The sales target will be evaluated and agreed quarterly with a focus on reaching the common goals.

This is an opportunity for a committed and successful sales representative who wants to grow into a Sales Manager position, combined with a result oriented commission structure with no upper limit.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Discover and visit potential clients, build partnerships
  • Evaluate customer’s needs and build productive long-term relationships
  • Build, maintain and expand a well-structured database of the clients
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Meet personal sales targets and forecast future sales
  • Research accounts and generate sales leads
  • Follow up on any sales leads generated by self or the team
  • Manage online marketing channels for further lead generation

Job Requirements:

  • 2-6 years of sales experience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Proactive and goal oriented personality
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and good driving record
